Emergency is staffed with medical personnel with broad experience in the discipline and corresponding nursing staff. Staff in both professional categories possess hospital-level training.
The staff is backed up by various specialists who provide permanent services: Traumatology, Paediatrics, Gynaecology, General surgery, Otolaryngology, Anaesthesia and Intensive care physicians.
Emergency services is permanent and covers the entire catchment area.

Resources and equipment

It features all the material resources required for any kind of emergency. It is located on the main floor and has its own independent entrance:

EMERGENCY ROOM:

• Cardio respiratory arrest table.
• ECG and monitoring equipment.
• Defibrillator.
• Oxygen therapy, aspiration and perfusion pump equipment.
• Oral Tracheal Intubation
• Endoscopy equipment, etc.

TREATMENT AND FIRST AID ROOMS.

TRAUMATOLOGY ROOM: With all the equipment for trauma treatment, such as plaster casting, devices for immobilization of fractures, etc.

EMERGENCY OBSERVATION ROOM: Featuring four beds for six hour observations.
